i can't believe i'm doing this...

well ladies and gentlemen, it's the moment none of you knew existed but have all been anxiously waiting for - i've finally caved and started my own blog! after seeing the success enjoyed by my friends' online diaries, i have to admit the temptation to start my own and ride the wave to pseudo-fame was pretty damn strong. which leads us to this very first post! huzzah!

i'd like to start by thanking a few people who made this all possible. first, my mom, for birthing me. second, i'd like to thank wake for giving me this amazingly advanced laptop computer to type on, which definitely doesn't make any weird noises or warn me of a 'fan error' at least twice a day. and last but not least, i'd like to thank jakob, who officially brought me into the 21th century this morning so i could actually add posts to the blog i first created over a week ago. he also alerted me that "i've been using the same computer programs his grandfather uses," which is awesome. needless to say, my computer is scheduled to explode right abouuuuut.....now. *EXPLOSION NOISES*

haha just kidding, it didn't explode. yet.
