its a beautiful day in my neighborhood

i found this flyer hanging up outside my apartment last week, inviting all residents of our area to gather for a meeting to discuss pertinent neighborhood issues. i learned three(3) things from this flyer:
1) i live amongst hookers
2) this apparently does not concern nearby families, as they are also eager to begin planning the neighborhood's 'annual children's halloween party'
3) this halloween party is going to ROCK. why, you ask? well i can only imagine, since they're accepting nothing but great ideas. no mediocre party ideas here, no thank you.
